MBA NINJA operates as an Academic Facilitator and Admission Partner. It is important to understand our role:
- We are not a University or a degree-granting institution. We partner with recognized Indian and International universities to offer their online and distance learning programs.
- Our role is to provide career counseling, information dissemination, and admission assistance to prospective students.
- Final admission, curriculum delivery, examination conduct, and degree issuance are the sole prerogatives of the respective University partner. MBA NINJA does not guarantee admission unless confirmed by the University.
3. Eligibility and Registration
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. When you register or inquire on our platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Admission and Course Enrollment
4.1 University Guidelines: All admissions are subject to the eligibility criteria and regulations set forth by the respective University. MBA NINJA is not responsible for the rejection of an application if the candidate fails to meet the University's academic or document requirements.
4.2 Information Accuracy: While we strive to keep course details, fee structures, and curriculum information up to date, Universities may change these parameters without prior notice. MBA NINJA shall not be held liable for discrepancies arising from such changes by the University.
5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
5.1 Payment Processing: Course fees may be collected by MBA NINJA on behalf of the University or directed to the University's payment portal, depending on the specific partnership agreement.
5.2 Refund Policy: MBA NINJA follows a strict policy regarding refunds:
- Registration/Processing Fees: Any counseling or registration fee paid to MBA NINJA is generally non-refundable.
- Tuition Fees: Refunds of tuition fees paid to the University are governed strictly by the University's own refund policy. MBA NINJA has no control over University refunds and cannot be held liable for delays or rejections of refund requests by the University.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Educativo Private Limited or its content suppliers (University Partners) and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Educativo Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the services or reliance on placement assistance.
